One of My Favorite Snacks!
two or three dried organic dates with organic almond butter! I love this snack because the sweetness of the date satisfies my sweet tooth and it’s packed with antioxidants and low on the glycemic index due to it’s fiber content. When you add the creamy almond butter with it’s “healthy” fat and fiber of it’s own, you have created a snack that packs a punch and will keep you satisfied!
